Fall Ball Schedule
No outside food, drinks, or coolers permitted at SVB-SA fall ball games
The SVB-SA Fall Ball instructional league is based around giving high school players the greatest opportunity to excel in the sport they enjoy and love. Throughout the season players will gain knowledge of the game, fine tune their skill, and have the opportunity to display their talent in front of college coaches.
As a new SVB-SA Fall Ball season begins, SVB-SA would like to recognize 11 former players who took their talents on to the collegiate level. The following players received scholarships for their hard work, dedication, over skill and talent: Tyler Bocock (Chipola Junior College), Bay Liskey and Brian Croushorn (Lenoir Community College), John Siciliano (High Point University), Kyle Weston (North Carolina Asheville), Corey Reed (Rappahanock Community College), Michael Oster (Rappahanock Community College), Travis From (Rappahanock Community College), Adrian Updike (Florida Southern University), Eric Berg (Christopher Newport University), Hunter Brown (Potomac State), & Ryan Fitzgerald (Bridgewater College).
This Fall Ball season is going to be bigger and better than the last. The teams will be introduced
to playing baseball at the collegiate level with games against junior college opponents. Along with the collegiate opponents the teams will leave the Valley for tournaments, which includes Virginia Beach/Norfolk and Rappahannock Community College. The SVB-SA staff and coaches look forward to a great season.
